In 2010, USAID commissioned Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI) with the implementation of the Lebanon Water and Wastewater Sector Support Program for a duration of 3 years and total a value of USD20 million to provide the four Water establishments: BMLWE, NLWE, SLWE, and BKWE with different sorts of support activities ranging from technical training and human resources development to capacity building, procurement of critical parts, improvement of O&M and construction of some high impact infrastructure. As an associate of DAI, KREDO provides course development and training to technical staff of WE’s, Environmental Impact Assessment services for planned infrastructure, institutional development support, and other services as required.
